BabaBalloons – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Ba Ba Balloons!

By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Services BabaBalloons provides balloon decorations and delivery services for private and corporate events within Leeds and surrounding areas. All designs are subject to availability of materials and may vary slightly from photos shown on our website or social media.

2. Bookings & Payments Bookings are confirmed only after a non-refundable deposit or full payment (as agreed) has been received. Payment is accepted via cash or bank transfer only. The balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before delivery or setup, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit). Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. If BabaBalloons must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather, supply issues), a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

4. Delivery & Setup

We currently cover Leeds only. Delivery and setup fees apply (some packages include this already). Delivery and setup times will be agreed in advance. Please ensure the venue is accessible at the scheduled time. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges. Once installation is complete, BabaBalloons is not responsible for any damage, deflation, or movement caused by weather, heat, sharp objects, or tampering. Outdoor setups are done at the client’s own risk.
