BabaBalloons – Terms & Conditions

By paying the deposit and confirming the booking, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.

By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Booking & Deposit A 50% deposit of the total price is required to reserve the event date. Dates will not be held without payment of the deposit. Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Final Payment The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 2 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to complete the final payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
3. Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods: Bank transfer Cash Tap to Pay All payments must be made in GBP.
4. Mock-Ups & Design Visualisations Mock-ups are provided free of charge only after the deposit has been paid. Mock-ups are for visualisation purposes only; colours, proportions, and final appearance may vary slightly in the real setup. Any major design changes requested after mock-up approval may be subject to additional charges.
5. Cancellations If the event is cancelled 7 days or less before the event date, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a deposit refund, excluding any costs already incurred.
6. Ownership of Materials All balloons become the property of the client once installed. All other items remain the property of BabaBalloons and are provided on a rental basis only, including but not limited to: Metal structures LED lights LED signs Artificial flowers Backdrops Any other non-balloon decorative elements.
7. Collection of Rented Items BabaBalloons will collect rented items 1–2 days after the event, as agreed in advance. The client must ensure that all rented items are kept safe, undamaged, and accessible for collection.
8. Damage, Loss & Responsibility The client is fully responsible for all rented items during the hire period. Any items that are damaged, broken, lost, or excessively soiled must be paid for in full by the client. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
9. Balloon Removal & Cleaning If the decoration consists only of balloons, BabaBalloons will not return to remove or collect them unless this service has been agreed in advance and paid as an extra. Collection of rented items does not include balloon removal or venue cleaning. Balloon removal and post-event cleaning can be added for an additional fee if requested in advance.
10. Delivery, Setup & Consecutive Use The delivery and setup fee covers one day only. If the client wishes to use the same decorations at another location or on another day, additional charges will apply, including: Collection of the decoration Storage (if required) New delivery and setup In addition, the client must pay again for the rental of any non-balloon items, including metal structures and other decorative elements.
11. Access & Setup Conditions The client must provide suitable access to the venue at the agreed setup and collection times. Delays caused by lack of access, venue restrictions, or client-side issues may result in additional charges.
12. Liability BabaBalloons is not responsible for damage caused by guest interference, misuse, weather conditions, heat, sharp objects, or venue restrictions once the setup is completed. Balloons popping or deflating due to environmental or external factors is not considered a fault.
13. Pricing Basis
The total price quoted is based on:
Balloons, Labour & Delivery and setup.
Any additional extras specifically requested by the client.
Any additional requests, changes, or services added after the quote may incur extra charges.
The total price must be paid in full according to the payment schedule outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
